Terms And Conditions

• Delivery is subject to credit card approval.
• No delivery will be made to P.O. box addresses.
• All orders are subject to stock availability.
• All prices on this site are quoted in US dollars. 

Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our New York distribution center within three (3) working days. The delivery is based on the class of service you choose. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm delivery schedule.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated as per the table below:

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of profit, business or goodwill or any indirect, special or consequential losses that may arise either from a failure to deliver goods or a delay in delivering goods whether arising in contract, or otherwise except in the case of fraud or death or personal injury caused by House of Elegances negligence.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express, Delta and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by House of Elegance. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to House of Elegance, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All credit card transactions on this Site are processed using Paypal.

Guarantee

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your House of Elegance purchase, you can return the purchase to our office together with a copy of Return Merchandise Authorization email. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days after the goods were originally shipped to you. Goods must be returned in their original condition including packaging, along with a copy of RMA email and receipt, reason for return.

To obtain a RMA email, please email us at returns@houseofelegancefashion.com

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of House of Elegance and can only be refunded as a “store credit”.

Upon reception of the goods as described above we will refund your credit card at the original selling price of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping cost.

We will contact you upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Returned items should be sent by registered mail. We will not be held responsible for any loss in transit.

Duty and taxes associated with overseas delivery will be borne by the customer.

We will exchange an item for the same item in a different size, color, subject to availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
